Who We Are
Claude Code Challenge is a free educational email challenge created and operated by Otaku Solutions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. “Claude Code” refers to the publicly available tool by Anthropic that our challenge teaches you how to use.
What Data We Collect
- Email address — required to deliver the daily challenge emails.
- First name — optional, used to personalize emails.
- Course enrollment data — which challenge you enrolled in, your current day, and completion status.
- Discord account ID — only if you choose to link your Discord account for community features.
- Basic usage analytics — page views and interactions collected by Vercel Analytics to improve the site.
How We Use Your Data
- Send you daily challenge emails based on your enrollment and progress.
- Track your challenge progress so you can resume where you left off.
- Provide community features like leaderboards and streaks if you link your Discord account.
- Improve the challenge content and website experience.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to deliver the challenge experience.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the challenge:
- Resend — email delivery for challenge emails.
- Convex — database for storing subscriber and enrollment data, and authentication.
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
- Discord — optional community integration for bot commands and notifications.
Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
Cookies & Authentication
We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can unsubscribe from challenge emails at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing stops all emails but preserves your progress in case you want to return. To request complete deletion of your data, contact us at the email below.
